The New JB Tuning Product Line
Brand new for us here in 2023 is our new JB Tuning Product line.
This is our new exciting range where we have been working hard on developing and testing our new products to give you the very best quality and some trick new parts for you scooters, that not only look great but perform great.
Designed for the track, Tested on the track, Made for the road for you.
For many years we have always been using a v foroce reed in all our race scooters and this is where we had the idea to create our own v force style reed.
We set about design our own adaption plate to house a v force style reed cage which simply pushes into the JB adaption plate.
After months of testing on the dyno trying different thickness of carbon fibre reeds and plates we have put together the best reed valve out of the data we got form the dyno results. then we tested on the road and track to see how they perform with brilliant results.
The JB Reed Valve has been designed to fit all Casa Performance cylinder kits below,
Casa SS200 / Casa SS225 / Casa ss250 / Casa SSR 250/265 Casa SST 265 / Casa SSR/SST LC cylinder.
With all our reed valve they come supplied with everything you need to fit with uprated carbon fibre reed petals to the genuine Casa Performance reed gaskets.
